  • 1 Pickled onion jamboree - 1 recipe
  • 1 Red potato
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 1/2 cups Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 Leaves tsp Thyme
  • 1 Turnip

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Country dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp Ancho chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Peppercorn melange
  • 1 Pink salt
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
