Salted Dark Chocolate Popcorn Serves 4 1 tablespoon grapeseed or other neutral oil 1/3 cup popcorn kernels 4 ounces good-quality dark chocolate, chopped 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, divided. Pop the popcorn in the oil and pour into a lined half sheet pan. Melt chocolate and pour over. Let harden 1 hr. Really good when mixed with a separate batch of kettle corn, also cooled on a half sheet pan before mixing.
