"Meditations on Place" at the Koslowe Gallery, Westchester Jewish Center. Collaborative artworks by Cynthia Beth Rubin and Yona Verwer. Medium: mediated digital painting collage and acrylic paint on canvas, with Augmented Reality. The imagery recalls the Jewish neighborhood of New York’s Lower East Side mixed with traditional signs and related contemporary motifs from current LES synagogues.  Historical interpretation provided by historian Elyssa Sampson; music by the composer Bob Gluck.
