1.25 inch long recycled Folsom tip, made sometime between 10,900 and 10200 years ago. An Early Archaic or Middle Archaic hunter picked up the broken Folsom a few thousand years later and made a side notched something-or-other dart point, still fluted on both sides, made from a very colorful caramel-colored jasper. This point was found in the early 1900s in El Paso County, Colorado by Louis Brunke of Colorado Springs and came from his massive collection. John Branney Collection.
