Rice and Beans Side (not the pic):   2 C. cooked black beans, if canned, drain well. Combine with 2 C. cooked rice, 1 1/2 C. fresh cilantro, 1/4 c. fresh lime juice, 3/4 c. oil, 1/2 c chopped red onion, 2 smashed cloves garlic S&P to taste. Serve lightly chilled or at room temperature.
