Chocolate covered cherries.. 4 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/4 cup white syrup.. We use Karo 1 jar of marachino cherries 1 pound box of semi sweet or white chocolate we use ghiradelli Mix powered sugar, syrup, and butter together. Drain cherries and clot them dry. Wrap cherries with powdered sugar mixture and form into balls then dip into melted chocolate. Set on wax paper to dry.
Ingredients: 1 cup heavy whipping cream made into 2 c. whipped cream (or you could use Cool Whip, but not me) 3- 3.4 oz. boxes of vanilla pudding (do not use milk) 15 oz. can pumpkin 2 drops Cinnamon oil 1 drop Clove oil 1/8 t. nutmeg 1/8 t. allspice Directions: Mix ingredients thoroughly and serve with fruit, cookies, or whatever suits your fancy. Enjoy.
