This cake was done on a whim trying to think of something other than the traditional dump cake to serve for Memorial Day.  It turned out very good, especially with some vanilla ice cream.

Adam’s Apple Cake I LOVE this! I love how this young boy loves to bake and how he gives half his proceeds to charity. This cake looks so yummy. I always love apple and cake, so this has to be a winning combination and favorite in my book!

Week 2: Different fruits, lemon, etc. Each child tastes each fruit and puts a check on the chart if they like it. Discuss sweet/sour and also have a big chart at the end!

Growing Cilantro - Sunset Sow seeds thickly in a wide, shallow container; then, as soon as plants are 3 to 4 inches tall and sporting a couple of cuttable leaves, use scissors to cut off some foliage for cooking as shown.  Shear from a different section of the container every time, rotating the pot as you go and never letting plants in any area mature. By the time you get back to the first section harvested, new leaves will have appeared.
