I did the forbidden and altered a baking recipe. This is the original pin, but I used....  5 eggs  1/2 cup coconut cream  1/3 cup heavy cream  2/3 cup milk  1/2 cup sugar  1/2 cup coconut flakes  1 Tbsp cinnamon  Whisk it all together and pour over 3 cups cubed french bread. Stir and pour into greased 8x8 pan. Sprinkle with more coconut flakes. Cover with foil and bake @ 375 for 30min. Remove foil and bake another 5-10min until brown. Top with additional 1/2 cup coconut cream while warm
