Hosta "Forest Shadows" Small - It is 15x10" with a mound-like habit and a moderate growth rate. The leaf is a medium green with a slightly rippled dark green margin. The leaf is dull on both sides. It is broadly ovate with a rounded base. The leaves are lightly corrugated. Its most notable characteristic is the green on green variegation. The flowers are lavender, tubular, and appear on 12" scapes which also have inflorescent leaves. It is a sport from 'Gumdrop'.

'Moon Lily' was registered by Gretchen Harshbarger in 1993. The plant is 40 x 14" with 20" scapes. The leaves are yellow-gold and broadly ovate with cordate bases. Parentage is unknown. The scape is dark yellow-gold in color. The flowers are pale lavender and bell-shaped. There is modest corrugation and cupping in the leaves. The top side of the leaf is dull and the underside has glaucous bloom.
