This recipe really delivered! It was truly easy to make, and DOES taste like something from a restaurant. made as is except used half and half instead of heavy cream. I think it could use a little more spinach. If I had more time I'd soften the tomatoes a bit first. Overall - excellent!
Slow Cooked Steak Fajitas-- Note to self, liquid aminos is just healthy soy sauce. Can use soy sauce and/or Worcesteshire. I overcooked the crap out of this. Usually, crock pot meals are pretty much idiot proof but I'm special. The meat was very tender, but for fajitas you want larger chunks. Also, the veggies were complete mush. Should have drained everything better, too, because the fajita wraps were drenched. Good recipe if I cook it for maybe 3 hours?
