Salmon Patties...WOW! So much better than the recipe from the SB books! The almond meal in these really makes a big difference! I used dill, thyme, granulated garlic, and a little lemon juice as my "fish seasoning". Reminded me of my mom's salmon patties from when I was a kid. (I used the salmon pouches though - none of those little round "bones" for me)! This is being added to my rotating menu!
