Bermuda... 1972 (honeymoon) and again in 1979. We stayed both times at a lovely guest house in Paget Parish, which I understand is no longer in operation. Ferry to Hamilton was a short walk from the hotel. Especially loved the Botanical Garden. Took a day trip to St. Georges. Rented mopeds for a day of buzzing around on our own. Would love to go back again.

Front Street, Hamilton, Bermuda - The birdcage with the policeman is no longer there. Plenty of shopping on this street. My favorite stores--Trimingham's and Smith's closed.

The Breakers is a Vanderbilt mansion located on Ochre Point Avenue, Newport, Rhode Island, United States on the Atlantic Ocean. It is a National Historic Landmark, a contributing property to the Bellevue Avenue Historic District, and is owned and operated by the Preservation Society of Newport County.
