Awesome advice! What kills me with all these "thinspiration" quotes and images here on Pinterest is that it promotes the idea of not loving yourself until you've achieved the look of another person. I say ditch the thinspiration and just love yourself. THIS will cause you to become your best, most healthy (and happy!) self.
