This week I went from vacation, beach and relaxation to home, hospital and emotions. And now it is Friday, which I am hoping will bring more relaxation. Minus the beach, darnit! I made a batch of these candied pecans to put into a salad, but I ended up eating most of them sans lettuce. These are goooood!
