i cannot believe we have never thought of this before....low carb pepperoni chips. side note: if you use turkey pepperoni and keep it to one serving it is still pretty healthy. (at 70 calories and 0 carbs) just watch your sodium intake on days you eat these.
This is good and simple... Easy Corn Dip Ingredients 4 cans mexicorn 2 cans rotel 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayo 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 4-5 green onions chopped Directions Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for a few hours. (Its better the longer it sits in the fridge, I let mine refrigerate overnight.) Serve with tortilla chips.
Chunky Guacamole: 1 small red onion, 1 jalapeno pepper, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, 4 ripe avocados, 3 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice, 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder,1 garlic clove, salt & pepper to taste
