Ground-beef Chili phase 2 40 oz. (2.5 pounds) LEAN Ground beef 36 oz. total fresh veggies 2 Tbsp tomato paste (no sugar added) 1 1/2 – 2 cwater tsp garlic powder tsp onion powder 1-3 tsp chili powder franks red hot hot sauce (no sugar) Place in crock pot - 8 hrs. or stove top med heat 4-5 hrs. Weigh each serving - Includes both 4 oz of protein AND 4 oz veggies.
Cabbage Taco Rolls. This is our favorite P2 meal! Using ground beef, brown in water, season with paprika, cumin, garlic powder (or fresh) & salt to taste. Prepare fresh salsa using fresh tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, lemon & water. For the shell, I use Savoy Cabbage. You can either microwave the cabbage cup - or dip in hot boiling water. Fill with meat & Salsa ingredient.
