Geek moment: this is an Interesting perpetration of the "Vlad the Impaler" myth of Dracula. In actuality, the idea of him as a vampire came AFTER Bram Stoker's novel was published, despite the fact that Stoker never once alluded to him in his work. Now, though, we ascribed Vlad to Dracula. Weird.
