Simple weekly spread. I use the self-reflection section a lot (mostly workrelated) and write down situations or my behaviour that went well or that needs improvement. At the end of the week I fill in my 2x2x2: what went well, what didn't go so well and what keeps me awake (if there's anything).
A full look at my weekly layout. I'm seriously happy with how well this spread has worked for me so far this year. It's crazy to think that when I first played around with the idea of it, it wouldn't work for me because there wasn't enough space. I love how adaptable bullet journaling is to changes in life and variable busyness. Have you ever tried something that didn't quite work out but when you revisit it does?
