Papermate pen found in a decoupaged box my mom made me. I received the pen in 1976 when I met Washington State Governor Daniel J. Evans at the capital. The pen has his signature and the state's seal. Somewhere I have a picture of the two of us -- that's probably in a scrapbook buried in the basement, too.
