DRUNKEN CABBAGE - cut two pieces of foil & lay out like a cross. Place cabbage in center. (cut 3 times 3/4 through and turn and slice down the other direction without cutting through). Pour 1/2 a beer into the cabbage slits. Slice 1/2 stick of butter into thin slices and randomly place in slits of cabbage. Sprinkle approximately 1 Tbls each of garlic powder, salt, cajan seasoning, and pepper. Place 6 slices of raw bacon crisscross on top of cabbage, and pull foil over. Bake 300 x 4 hours.
