I made these cute adorable favors for my daughter's high school graduation party. I bought blue and gold candies to go inside the cup to match the school colors which was a nice touch. I hot glued down some ribbon to the top of the cup to make a tassel for the cap. For the hat I measured the rim of the cup and cut out a strip of paper and for the top I just cut a square that was just a bit bigger than the opening of the cup. I then taped the strip and square together creating a cap.
Graduation Party Favors I made these using 3"x3" black poster board squares, condiment cups (party store), Acco ½" brass plated fasteners (Amazon), m&m's (party stores sells separate colors), yarn, white paint w/stencil.
