Oooh yeah. That’s a mini chocolate pudding pie baked into a red velvet cupcake. It’s topped with a swirl of cream cheese and chocolate buttercream. They were easy to put together. For the cupcake, I used Paula Deen’s Red Velvet Cupcakes recipe (as I don’t have my own red velvet recipe), and just made chocolate pudding pies the same way I did with the banana pudding pies (except, you know, I used chocolate pudding—that recipe is here). The frosting is my usual butter
The Pumple Cake from the Flying Monkey Patisserie in the Reading Terminal (Philadelphia) -- an apple pie in a yellow cake and a pumpkin pie in a chocolate cake, filled and frosted with cream cheese frosting. I made my version last Thanksgiving.
