  • 3 tbsp Tamarind pulp

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh

  • 2 tsp Fenugreek, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds, brown
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika or cayenne
  • 1 Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
Oils & vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil or other oil
Nuts & seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coconut, dried
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  • 1 small handful Curry, dried leaves
