Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken Allrecipes.com - this was yummy!  I basically doubled the recipe, added 2 onions, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 tsp of corn starch and 3 cups of water so that there was a sauce.  Also, I was pretty liberal with the spices.  Cooked onions & garlic in butter then removed.  Cooked chicken to 175 internal, then made sauce.  Yummy stuff!
