You are probably aware of the benefits of positive thinking. Unfortunately, becoming an optimist doesn't happen over night. Thankfully there are effective ways to start seeing the glass half full. Here are some unhelpful thinking styles that may be holding you back as well as a step-by-step meditation exercise to get you on a path to relaxation.
Stress Management---Music has always helped me relieve my stress. I like to play my guitar and crank up the radio. Without music I don't know what I would do. I'm not so fond on the exercise part, but I need to do it. I would love to go to a spa, but for now my Hubba Bubba bubble bath will do just fine. :) All these things are helpful to reduce stress and anxiety. Without them a person's life is a train wreck.
