Raw, Vegan Zucchini "Pasta" with Avocado & Pea Pesto
vegetarian deliciousness inspired by cookin' canuck: whole wheat spaghetti with roasted red pepper pesto from our farmer's market + roasted cauliflower + wilted mustard greens + almonds + capers.(me: use quinoa pasta and make walnut pesto with parsley).
Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings”, could use any sauce. Cut it post baking in the oven then you don't have to dirty another dish to pan fry it. After coating it with the hot sauce I place it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
