Add 3 tbsp of the paste in 1 tbsp oil (i used vegetable oil), add 300g boneless chicken, cook till chicken is white, add coconut milk (from 7 tbsp coconut milk powder) and let the chicken cook for 15-20 mins. Add tamarind paste, palm sugar or jaggery, fish sauce or soy sauce to taste and done!
