1 apple, cored and cut up into chunks  2 cups green grapes  juice of 1 lemon  2 tbsp honey or agave  2 cups chopped kale, packed  1 cup cubed zucchini  1/4 to 1/2 cup water  1 avocado, peeled + de-stoned   Blend ingredients except avocado (start with 1/4 cup of water. Add more if needed) and blend until smooth.   Pour into a mesh strainer and use a rubber spatula to push the juice through.  Pour the liquid back into the blender and add the avocado. Blend until smooth.
