My husband made this for me as a surprise. It's a canvas of our baby's actual heartbeat the first time we heard it. Here is how he did it: I uploaded the recording of the heartbeat to a website called soundviz, and on there once you can make your picture of the sound wave and they will sell it to you for $30 (as a PDF). Then I had the image made into a canvas from a different website, I think there's a bunch of places to do that (places like shutterfly possibly). Hope that is helpful!
yes it freaking counts in it's own way! Pain has left me housebound and meds that do nothing but cause weight gain make my life and my self esteem and my intense pain unbelievably hard to bear. It is quite hard to trust God through it at times...other times I feel him with me. Rollercoaster. Even though I'm not allowed on actual rollercoasters!
So grateful for how I have grown in 2016! This is the picture that started it all and obviously one of my favorites! @behindthechair_com and @modernsalon featured it and even did a how to article on it. I can't wait for what 2017 will bring, but I'm so excited! For the first time in my life, I've actually hand written my goals for the year and I can't wait to accomplish them!!
