Healthy cauliflower/garlic/butter Alfredo sauce! 50 calories per serving. I stirred it with rice to make a creamy cheesy risotto and served sauteed veggies on top. Also tried using it as a pasta sauce with sauteed mushrooms and kale added. Awesome.
I have to say it in no way tasted like Doritos to me and I wasn't pleased at all. However, I was unclear whether I was to use shredded parmesan or the can type. I used mostly shredded with a tad bit of the grated so maybe that was part of the problem.
