Jason's Green Garden Vegan Soup-----2 Cups Kale - 2 Stalks Swiss Chard - 2 Cups Chopped Cabbage - 2 Cups Broccoli Florets - 2 Cups Spinach - 4 Cups Water - 3 Knorr Vegetable Bouillon Cubes - 1 Tsp Thyme - 1 Bay Leaf-----Boil water and add bouillon cubes, bay leaf and thyme. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are soft. Serve warm. Makes 4-5 servings.
