Creamy Shiitake Alfredo - not sure about the heavy cream, but like the addition of the mushrooms.

Delicious.      Healthier variation:    Soba noodles, Firm tofu, cucumber and scallions.  For the sauce, I mix tahini, rice vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce.      But...I should try it with honey one day.

cold soba noodles with sesame seeds. I made about about portions of the sauce for the noodles and used of noodles (standard package size). Also, Clark liked them warm, not cold.
