Portulaca oleracea - Little Hogweed, Common Purslane, Garden Purslane, Green Purslane, Pursley, Wild Portulaca. The leaves and young stems are edible either raw or cooked as a potherb. The leaves are rich in iron. The seeds are very small, but are also edible. This plant does contain oxalic acid, so consume in moderation.
Salix gooddingii - Goodding's Willow, Gooding Black Willow (bark). The flower catkins, tender inner bark, and sap are edible. This plant has also been used for medicinal purposes since the bark contains salicin, a precursor of aspirin.
