Daily Exhaustion 1. This is the inherent fatigue that I attribute to the inflammatory, autoimmune nature of Lupus. It never goes away, and differs from normal fatigue in that you don't have to do anything to deserve it. It can vary from day to day but is always there. Think what it feels like to function without having any sleep for 2 days. That is the blanket of exhaustion that is the basis for daily living with autoimmune illness. All of the following are added to this basic fatigue. .
Support the Fight Against Breast Cancer I was always sympathetic towards this issue, but not involved. I didn't like pink and avoided pretty much everything to do with the "puke pink" campaign against this disease. Until it attacked me. Now, I am proud to wear the pink and to join in the fight every day.
