Peanut Butter Banana Apple Smoothie. Banana and apple help avoid acid reflux. REALLY GOOD! I add either almond milk or greek yogurt, and half scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder. I also add a tablespoon of chia seeds and ground flaxseed.
