Human-headed winged lion (lamassu), b. Neo-Assyrian period, reign of Ashurnasirpal II Excavated at Nimrud (ancient Kalhu), northern Mesopotamia Alabaster (gypsum). i belive this is the one i saw at the British museum in London.
