Garden of Eden Cocktail. Ingredients: 50ml Gordon's gin (I would use Bombay Sapphire or Hendrick's) 10ml bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial 10ml lime juice 6 torn mint leaves 60ml cloudy apple juice Glass: Highball Method Shake all ingredients with ice Strain into ice-filled highball glass Garnish with apple skin & mint sprig
English Garden Cocktail - 2 shots of Gin ( or more if in need of something stronger) - 2.5 shots of Apple Juice - 1.5 shots of Elderflower Cordial - A squeeze of Lime and a slice of Cucumber - Stir well and then serve overice
Old Cuban. INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 parts BACARDÍ 8 Años rum, 2/3 part sugar syrup, ½ part fresh lime juice, 6 mint leaves, 2 dashes Angostura® bitters, 2 parts Champagne. METHOD: In a cocktail shaker, place mint, add lime juice, syrup. Press mixture gently into shaker with your muddler. Pour in the BACARDÍ 8 Años rum, Angostura® Bitters and ice. Place the lid &shake everything well. Strain in a cocktail glass and with champagne. Garnish with mint leaves.
