Toasted Coconut and Vanilla Whey Protein Bars. Made these today and they are great! I used almond meal in place of the coconut flour and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I made 8 small bars. Instead of dipping in the chocolate, I just put a thin coat on each side of the bar. They are worth the effort.
