  • 1 tsp Parsley, fresh
  • 2 Omega-3 or pastured egg yolks
  • 2 Omega-3 or pastured eggs, medium
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 1/2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 4 tsp Water
  • 2 slices Of 100% whole or sprouted whole grain (swg) bread (sourdough adds great extra flavor)
