Danish Pancake Balls (Aebleskiver) | I'm a fan!  Use my Williams-Sonoma pan and filled with jam.  So yummy and dangerously addicting.  I like this recipe because it has less steps than the Williams-Sonoma one but I can't comment on which one tastes better.  I thought these were excellent and very easy to make.

Æbleskivers!!!  These are a family favorite.  They are a great treat for sleep overs and are now requested by my kid's friends.  I skip the apple and serve with a choice of homemade jam or syrup. YUM!
