Ken's Artisan pizza dough. So good, so simple, makes so many pizzas. To cook this dough, pre-heat oven to full broil and put a 12 inch iron skillet on high heat on the stove. (I sprayed it with non-stick spray for the first pizza crust I made but didn't need it after that.) Place the pressed out dough into the pan and top prepared toppings then place in oven for 4-5 mins. It comes out almost like a wood-fired oven!
