Editor’s Note: Most green smoothies mask the flavors of their central ingredient, but this parsley smoothie plays up the herbal grassiness of its star player. Drinking one or two of these might even undo all that holiday gluttony.
Another green smoothie. apple or orange juice 1 c. of spinach 1 banana 1 c. frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries) Add juice and spinach to then blender and blend well. Add banana and frozen fruit and blend together.
1 bunch of kale chopped (about 2 cups) ¼ cup of frozen strawberries ½ cup of frozen mangoes 1 frozen banana 2 tablespoons of agave or raw honey 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt (I used blueberry flavored) water
20 Super-Healthy Smoothies i don't usually agree with smoothies for loosing weight. But i do think that if you have been putting in alot of effort and excersize and feel malnutritioned a good smoothie will boost your energy!
