I fully admit that I can't do it all. But, how do you prioritize what gets done? Here are some tips on how to figure out what is most important in your classroom to focus your energy and time.

Students work with their thinking partners in the classroom! During turn and talk opportunities, the teacher tells peanut butter or jelly to go first. This helps the more outgoing kiddos to listen and encourages the quiet ones to share their ideas. Can be used during any subject and partners can easily be switched!
