Sallah Telgar, made for the Perm Museum & Archives in May 2007. Sallah is a true hero of Pern who'se portrait was sorely missed and will forever take pride of place in this series. It was an appropriate portrait to start the series with. In the background we see one of the shuttles of which Sallah was a pilot.  © Copyright by Linda Eicher.

Governor Emily Boll.  Emily was born on Altair 75 years before Landing and was governor of First Centauri. She died in the year 16 (the fever year), probably at Fort Hold. Her husband, chef and manager of the mass catering at Landing, Pierre de Courci, founded Southern Boll Hold and named it after his beloved wife.  © Copyright by Linda Eicher.
