Lekker makkelijk voor in het weekend. Miniomeletjes uit cupcakevormpjes.  Roerbak diverse groentes naar smaak beetgaar. Voeg eventueel wat kaas en tuinerwten toe Schep het mengsel in de cupcakevormpjes en giet het af met losgeklopte eieren. Afbakken in een voorverwarmde oven ca 20 minuten.
