Tiny Chatty Baby or Tiny Chatty Brother (1963-1964) was 15inches tall, all vinyl, white or black doll, rooted hair, sleep eyes, two upper teeth showing, wearing an aqua jumper with white bib with the doll’s name embroidered on it. The doll was marked on back: Tiny Chatty Baby Tiny Chatty Brother 1962 Mattel INC. Hawthorne Calif. USA US Pat 3,017,187 Other US & Foreign Patents Pending Patented in Canada 1962.
