"fascinating story of the final days of Nicholas and Alexandra as seen through the eyes of the Romanovs’ young kitchen boy, Leonka. Now an ancient Russian immigrant, Leonka claims to be the last living witness to the Romanovs’ brutal murders and sets down the dark secrets of his past with the imperial family. Historically vivid and compelling.
Richard Avedon was greatest portrait photographer in my opinion. Known for his stark white background and the haunting but truthful human expressions. In this picture he catch David Bowie seating on chair in studio pretending playing on piano. Artist is very focused. We can almost feel touching piano keys.
