Boost a cleanse with light nutritions soup! Chop and wash the light parts of 3 large leeks; chop 1/2 onion; chop 3 garlic cloves. Place all in a soup pot with 1 tsp coconut oil, olive oil or ghee. Saute til soft, add 3 cups veg broth, cook 30 minutes or more, then puree. Serves 2.
