My friend and hero Ray Halliburton passed with grace yesterday at pm CST. I am grateful to have known him and witnessed him share the memories of his experiences during the Second World War. Peace be with you. Much love to the family.

9/20/2013 - A Korean War veteran renders a salute Sept. 16, 2013, at the Denver International Airport. The 124 veterans were returning from a trip to Washington where they saw the monuments constructed in their honor. Honor Flight Northern Colorado offers free trips to the district for World War II and Korean War veterans, as well as Purple Heart recipients from any war.
