Italian layer bake sandwiches. I substituted the ham and turkey for pastrami and roast beef. And used provolone and pepper jack cheese. I added slices of tomato, red onion and chopped up some fresh spinach into the sandwich. I did not do the roasted red peppers, or the eggs over it. Husband loved this!!
